How It Works:

  1. You Refer – Tell your friend about our services, and when they’re ready to schedule a job, have them give us a call.

  2. Your Friend Gets 5% Off (up to 100$ off) – When your referred friend books a service, they will receive 5% off their total service cost, right off the bat!

  3. Your Friend Fills Out the "I’ve Been Referred" Form – For the referral to be valid, your friend must fill out the "I’ve Been Referred" form on this page to let us know they were referred by you. This step helps us track the referral and ensures that both you and your friend get your rewards.

  4. Work is Completed – After the work is completed and the invoice is paid in full, you (the referrer) will earn your reward.

  5. Get Rewarded – Once the payment is confirmed, we will notify you of the reward you’ve earned for your successful referral! (See rewards below)

Tier 1

Refer 1-2 people

  • Reward Option 1: 5% off your next service, up to $40 off.

  • Reward Option 2: Earn $15 in cash for each successful referral.

Tier 2

Refer 3-4 people

  • Reward Option 1: 10% off your next service, up to $100 off.

  • Reward Option 2: Earn $30 in cash for each successful referral.

Tier 3

Refer 5 people

  • Reward Option 1: 20% off your next service, up to $200 off.

  • Reward Option 2: A one-time $50 cash reward for your fifth successful referral.

Bonus Tier

Refer 6 or more people

  • Reward: Once you’ve referred 5 people and earned your Tier 3 reward, you’ll start earning $20 cash for each additional person you refer, with no cap!

Referral Program Rules 

  1. Eligibility: To qualify for any referral bonuses, the person being referred must spend $150 or more on services with SCDI Construction LLC.
  2. Start Date: The referral program officially begins on January 22, 2025. Referrals made prior to this date do not qualify. Any referrals made on or after January 22, 2025, will be eligible for rewards.
  3. Referral Process:
    • In order for a referral to count, the referred client must fill out the "I've Been Referred" form on our website prior to paying the invoice.
    • If a referred client does not mention they were referred at the time of booking and later contacts us after the invoice is paid, the referral will not be eligible for rewards.
  4. No Referral Limit: There is no limit to how many people you can refer. However, once you have referred 5 or more people, you will earn cash rewards ($20 per person) for any subsequent referrals, rather than discounts or service-related rewards.
  5. Google Review Reward:
    • Starting on January 22, 2025, you can earn $10 off your next service by leaving a review on Google.
    • Past reviews do not count for this promotion.
    • You may only redeem $10 off for one review.
  6. Reward Expiration: All rewards must be used within the calendar year they are earned. Any unused rewards will expire at the end of the calendar year.
  7. Program Modifications: SCDI Construction LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
  8. General Terms: All rewards and discounts are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the person who made the referral or left the review. Rewards are subject to change at the discretion of SCDI Construction LLC at any time.
  9. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding a referral or reward, SCDI Construction LLC’s decision is final.
